- Celebrate the women in your company
Introduce some of the women within your company. Ask them to share a piece of advice that has helped them in their life or their career.
- Empower female-owned businesses
Do you work or buy from female-owned businesses? Give them a shout-out on your social channels, share their achievements and recommend their businesses to your audience.

Whether it’s a female leader of Industry from the past or someone on the top of their game now, share some of their wise words to inspire your audience or give context to the passion you have for your business.
